Chocolate Covered Cherries
Ingredients
- Cordial cherry mold 
- Chocolate candy melts 
- 3/4 fondant sugar 
- Maraschino cherries 
- 4 1/2 Tablespoons cherry juice - Directions 
- Melt chocolate candy melts. 
- Using a paint brush, paint the sides of candy mold. 
- Let set for 1 minute till shell forms then turn upside down on parchment paper. 
- Let harden at room temperature. 
- Drain cherries, reserve liquid. 
- Put cherries on paper towels to dry. 
- Mix fondant sugar with cherry juice. 
- Place cherry in hardened shell. 
- Fill shell 3/4 full with fondant mixture. 
- Leave room to cap with chocolate. 
- Using melted chocolate in a squeeze bottle, start at outside edge of cavity in a circular pattern to the center of shell to seal the bottom. 
- Tap mold gently to level chocolate. 
- Place in refrigerator 10 minutes till set. - Enjoy!
