Peppermint Bark

Ingredients

• 1 1 /2 pound white candy melts

• 1 /2 pound peppermint crunch

• One teaspoon pure peppermint oil

• Peppermint pieces

• Directions

• 1 1 /2 pound white candy melts

• Add 1 /2 pound peppermint crunch

• Add one teaspoon pure peppermint oil

• Stir.

• Pour in pan

• Top with more peppermint pieces

• Refrigerate until set.

• Break in pieces

  Enjoy! (You can layer over a thin layer of dark chocolate candy melts poured in pan first. Allow to set then top with white candy mixture).
