Peppermint Bark
Ingredients
- 1 1 /2 pound white candy melts 
- 1 /2 pound peppermint crunch 
- One teaspoon pure peppermint oil 
- Peppermint pieces 
- Directions 
- 1 1 /2 pound white candy melts 
- Add 1 /2 pound peppermint crunch 
- Add one teaspoon pure peppermint oil 
- Stir. 
- Pour in pan 
- Top with more peppermint pieces 
- Refrigerate until set. 
- Break in pieces - Enjoy! (You can layer over a thin layer of dark chocolate candy melts poured in pan first. Allow to set then top with white candy mixture).
